Hydrex Diagnostics Sp. z oo Sp. k. with headquarters in Warsaw (04-313), Tomasz Zana 4 makes every effort to keep your information private.
Therefore, we publish a document explaining the principles and method of collecting, processing and using information by our employees from the sales department. Please read the document carefully to understand our privacy policy and how we use your personal information.
What are the rules governing personal data?
First of all, it is an EU regulation: Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (briefly referred to as “the Regulation”), as well as national provisions relating to the protection of personal data.
Who is the Personal Data Administrator?
The personal data administrator is: Hydrex Diagnostics Sp. z oo Sp. k. with headquarters in Warsaw (04-313), Tomasz Zana 4, NIP: 1130024519, REGON: 008106815, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS no.: 0000417244.
For what purpose will my data be processed?
Personal data is processed for the purposes of:
- implementation of the contract for the provision of sales services (legal basis: art. 6 section 1 b) Regulations),
- financial settlements and accounting reporting (legal basis: art. 6 section 1 c) Regulations),
- pursuing legally justified interests Hydrex Diagnostics Sp. z oo, i.e. direct marketing of own products and personalisation of the marketing offer (legal basis: art. 6 section 1 f) Regulations),
- determination, investigation, defence of claims.
What data will be processed?
The data we will process includes: name(s), e-mail address, telephone number, address data.
Who will I share my personal information with?
Personal data will be made available to the cooperating entities in the minimum necessary for the implementation of the contract.
How long will my data be processed?
How the data will be processed:
- if the data concern the contract concluded with Hydrex, not shorter than for the period necessary to perform the contract, fulfill the obligations of accounting reporting and limitation of claims that may result from the contract (i.e., in principle up to 10 years from the performance of the contract),
- if they are collected for a purpose other than the performance of the contract, then until the consent for their processing has been withdrawn for this purpose, but not longer than 8 years.
What rights do I have in relation to my data?
The rights that each person is entitled to include:
- the right to request access to your personal data (art. 15 of the Regulation), their rectification (art. 16 of the Regulation),
- right to transfer data (art. 20 of the Regulation),
- right to erasure (art. 17 of the Regulation) in cases specified in the Regulation
- the right to restrict data processing (art. 18 of the Regulation),
- the right to object to the processing of your personal data (art. 21 of the Regulation). In the case of an objection made before the contract is implemented or in progress, the submission will involve the inability to perform part of all services under the contract and may be treated as a termination of the contract.
- the right to withdraw consent (art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation), in cases where the processing takes place on the basis of granted consent,
- the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory body (GIODO or its successor body) if it considers that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.
